Alan has 20 years in finance and brokering, specialising in marine and business finance, and is widely respected across the industry. He has led finance teams, mentored staff and held management roles.

He works across the assets that make weekends and working weeks possible: boats, caravans and campers, bikes and jet skis, the family car, and the utes and equipment that keep businesses moving.

Josh brings a decade in finance. He and Alan worked together before, and their skills clicked. Alan brings the direction, a calm head and the ability to get deals done. Josh brings that brokering experience, plus a lifetime in software development, and he leads the rollout of AI across the business.
